Drug Consumption Rooms: What the residents say

CSCS members have had hundreds of conversations with people in Ottawa just like these interviews with residents of Birmingham in the UK.
People want effective, proven solutions to reduce the harms associated with public drug use in their communities. Supervised consumption sites reduce needle litter, improve health, and save lives, all while saving public health care dollars. It's a common sense approach that's backed by a decade of medical evidence here in Canada.
